GAC Constructions Pty Ltd is the flagship company of the Geocal Group. They are an Australian based professional building and project management firm constructing a broad variety of projects dependent on market opportunities.
GAC’s specific competence is directed towards designing and constructing it’s own developments whilst also having the ability to take on specialised projects for selected individuals and companies.
GAC has experience over a broad range of projects from commercial shopping centres and inner city office towers to multi-level residential developments. GAC have a track record of successfully completing a variety of different projects in both type and scale.
The Geocal Group has successfully operated since June 2002 and is relentless in it’s endeavour to protect it’s reputation for high quality projects, great relationships with suppliers, contractors, consultants and other business contacts. Geocal Group also offers high level proactive design development, cost planning, project financing and construction delivery.

George Callianiotis
Sole Director, Owner
George graduated at QUT in 1998 with a BA in Applied Science and Construction Management. He has over 25 years’ experience in the building industry and holds a current QBCC Builders License and is a member of Master Builders QLD. He is assisted by a team experienced in all aspects of construction and property development and has been awarded state award by Master Builders Queensland for building and construction excellence.
Kyle Harris
Development Manager
Kyle has over 15 years experience in the construction industry. As a qualified tradesperson he has managed a large variety of projects that have included all aspects of residential, commercial and retail developments. A great attention to detail ensures a quality product. Kyle’s prior experience as a qualified glazier ensures glass and metal fabrication aspects related to any build demonstrate a high degree of quality and workmanship.
Meg Scott
Group Financial Controller
Meg has an extensive history in finance and construction and has been with the Geocal Group for almost 20 years. Meg has worked overseas for a Merchant Bank and then returned to Australia to work for Chartered Accountants and Business Consultants. She founded and operating her own Bookkeeping business prior to working for the Geocal Group.
Scott Eade
Project Coordinator
Scott offers over 20 years of Local Government business administration and experience in all aspects of project management, building and town planning approval and policy development. Scott brings extensive office management experience including HR, IT, and facility management oversight also oversees multiple strata management portfolio’s. He is a problem solver, an effective multi-tasker and is also a qualified Justice of the Peace.
Dave McInnes
Construction Manager
Dave has been involved planning and managing projects in the building and construction industry for over 40 years. Daves experience as a qualified tradesperson ensures that projects are completed with a high degree of quality whilst being delivered on time and on budget. Dave’s extensive knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations and safety standards has seen Dave has manage all aspects of residential, commercial and industrial developments.
Chris Freeman
Site Supervisor
Chris offers over 15 years experience as a construction supervisor and project manager and is pivotal in overseeing day to day operations on the construction site. Chris ensures the site meets all safety and regulatory requirements providing staff onboarding, training and support. Serving as the primary point of contact on site Chris is an effective communicator and mitigates risks and/or hazards on site whilst ensuring that work meets the required quality standards.
Chris Walker
Site Supervisor
Chris brings a wealth of construction management knowledge to the development site with qualifications in carpentry, crane and heavy vehicle operations, large-scale formwork operations and asbestos removal and disposal. Throughout his career Chris has managed many large scale residential, commercial and industrial builds and prides himself on maintaining a safe and productive work environment and quality results.
Matt Craig
Site Supervisor
Matt is a qualified carpenter and has recently moved into a supervisory role overseeing the construction of ‘Atelier’, a modern apartment/office and retail development in Teneriffe. Matt’s hands on knowledge and understanding of building and construction practices ensures that the site meets all safety and regulatory requirements whilst providing staff onboarding, training and support. Serving as the primary point of contact on site Matt is an effective communicator and problem solver and has a passion for quality.
